The 2007 Canoe/Kayak Slalom Open will open on August 16, and up to the night of August 14, the Accreditation Center of the Shunyi Olympic Rowing-Canoeing Park has transacted 230 ID cards for 19 teams and 48 officials.

According to the Accreditation Center, 19 of the 22 teams have finished their accreditation, including Austria, England, Canada, the United States, Switzerland, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia, Togolaise, South Africa, Sweden, Australia, Slovakia, Italy, Czech Republic, New Zealand and host China. Belgium, Iran and Japan have not registered yet.

The Accreditation Center has so issued 182 ID cards to the above-mentioned 19 teams. Furthermore, there were also 48 ID cards issued to the officials from the International Canoe Federation (ICF), and technical officials from both in and outside of China.

Well ahead of the 2007 Canoe/Kayak Flatwater Open scheduled to open on August 23, the Chinese team has finished their accreditation and got a total of 46 ID cards.
