In the men's K-1 1000m final of the "Good Luck Beijing" 2007 Canoe/Kayak Flatwater Open held today at the Shunyi Olympicc Rowing-Canoeing Park, favorite Tim Brabants clocked 3:33.882 to clinch the gold.

The silver and bronze went to Ben Fouhy of New Zealand (3:34.510) and Eirik Vearas Larsen of Norway (3:34.554) respectively.

The finals of the men's C-1 1000m, K-2 1000m, C-2 1000m, K-4 1000m and the women's K-4 500m will be held today.
