Participation Intention Form will be distributed to relevant National Federations (NFs)together with this regulation and invitation by March 2007. The NFs which have intention to participate , must complete the form and, return it to the Organizing Committee for Good Luck Beijing Canoe/Kayak Flatwater Open by fax or e-mail no later than March 30, 2007.

Participation Intention Form will be distributed together with Accreditation Application Forms to NFs who have already confirmed their participation by the end of March, 2007. These Forms shall also be available for download from the official website (www.canoe2007.org.cn)
Each federation is required to submit the entry forms to the Organizing Committee by the deadline as follows:
